The most important step that you must pass before your website or blog gets a large commercial value is REPUTATION. You must be able to make your website have a reputation or name that is known to many people before you can make large amounts of money from the website.

Reputation is not something that you need to have when creating an AGC blog, because AGC traffic comes by using random properties from Google that sometimes provide arbitrary traffic on a page even though the page is not unique. So even non-unique articles can get 1 or 2 visits per day, and if you create a website with thousands or tens of thousands of content, your website can be very crowded.

Unlike non-AGC websites that do have to create unique content. Only the quality of writing can answer the needs of visitors who can gather a reputation for the website.

So if you are not an expert in that niche, you can just spend the first 1 or 2 years studying the niche before you become an expert in that niche. This is a choice that you can take if you feel your interests and talents, not a niche that has commercial value on the internet.

# 2 PLAY BIG OR PLAY SMALL
It is very important in your planning to determine whether your website will play big or play small. Small play means you will manage the website yourself, while playing big means you invite some of your friends to manage a website together with the principle of profit sharing.


If you play small, then you should focus on one particular niche, whereas if you play big or noisy then I highly recommend you create a website with lots of niches; because it will be very very very profitable.

But remember there are rules that must be emphasized when we play big or team work, for example, everyone must at least post 1 article every 2 days. Or division of income according to the percentage of articles typed. So if that person only makes 100 articles out of 1000 articles, then that person gets 10% of income.

This big potential is different from those who only want to play small but try in a mixed niche, because it will be very detrimental. SEO optimization from a mixed niche is very heavy, especially for those who are just learning SEO. You can KO before seeing results if you only struggle alone in diverse niches.

Very few people succeed in the SEO world through blogs with mixed niches, and even if you don't, the number is not much. At least 2 or 3 different niches.

If you want to quickly see results, play small in a niche or play big in many niches. Don't go crazy playing small in many niches ... This is a very important initial preparation when you are about to create a blog

# 3 KEY WORDS RESEARCH
